Bankarama is a very fast, smart way to keep your bank accounts organized, using your mobile phone like a checkbook register.

Bankarama is sometimes misspelled as Bankorama, Bank-o-rama, Bank-a-rama, or Bank o rama. I assure you, these are all incorrect.

Enter the account name and an initial balance. Check "Describe every transaction" to be prompted for a description with each transaction. 2. Record withdrawals as you make them On the home screen, enter the amount using the phone keypad. Use the right and left arrow keys to toggle between Withdraw and Deposit. Press the left soft key to note the transaction quickly, or the enter key to add a description first. 3. Edit details of recorded transactions On the home screen, use the up and down arrow keys to select a recorded transaction. Press the enter key to edit a selected transaction. Choose a Quick Description, or enter a Custom Description in the box below. Custom Descriptions will be saved for quick re-use later! Use the right and left arrow keys to adjust the date. To delete a transaction, first highlight it, then select Delete Transaction from the Menu. The deleted debit or credit will be reversed. 4. Mark a transaction "cleared" On the Home screen, use the up and down arrow keys to highlight a transaction. Press [*], [#], or [space] to mark the highlighted transaction "cleared". Press [*], [#], or [space] again to remove the mark. Windows Mobile stylus users: tap a highlighted transaction to mark it "cleared". 5. Delete a transaction On the Home screen, use the up and down arrow keys to highlight a transaction. Select Delete Transaction from the Menu. The deleted debit or credit will be reversed. 6. Adjust an account balance Select Menu -> Adjust Balance. Enter the new account balance in the box provided. 7. Manage multiple accounts Select Menu -> Accounts to quickly switch between accounts. Select Menu -> Manage Accounts to rename or delete accounts. 8. Export to Microsoft Excel (Windows Mobile only) Use the Manage Accounts screen to export account data to the phone's My Documents folder. Accounts can be saved as Microsoft Excel compatible .csv files. 9. Set a Password On the Home screen, choose Menu -> Tools -> Set Password. Type the new password. Confirm the new password. 10. Erase All Data On the Home screen, choose Menu -> Tools -> Erase All Data. Choose "Yes". All data, including accounts, preferences, and any password will be removed.
